By accessing and submitting applications to the PRATHIBHA PURASKAARALU-2026, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must ensure that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Any false information may result in the rejection of your application and potential legal consequences.

3. Submission Rules

Applications can only be submitted once per unique Aadhaar mapping, unless duplicates are strictly authorized.
Uploading illegitimate, tampered, or offensive documents is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject applications based on our internal policies and validation metrics.

4. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the portal, or any delay in processing applications.
